So Samsung offers a screen repair within the 12 months of owning one of their phones, in this case the Galaxy S7 edge. So, I accidently cracked my screen within this period and took my phone to ADH Premium Menlyn located inside of the New World store and got it booked in on the 9th of June. Up until the 21st of June no one has the audacity to call me or advise that it’s either been assessed or in even in the process of being repaired. I call them on the 21st of June and get advised the phone has been assessed on the 12th of June already, I then ask the consultant by the name of Enok to please find out what is happening with my phone. He advised he would call me back on the 22nd of June and low and behold not a peep from the store. So I call on the 23rd of June and get advised the system is showing that its pending, my question is what is pending? The consultant by the name of SK could not answer me and referred me to speak to the head of technicians by the name of KG at Samsung’s head office. Samsung I ask you now, why must I follow up with you? This is a service that you offer. I borrowed a phone for the expected repair time to take no longer than two weeks (consultant advised me 2 weeks is the worst case scenario). Now I am going to be phoneless and will ensure to give the worst customer rating if I am not answered. My phone is part of my business, without it I am bound to lose money and that is not going to happen. While I am here, please improve your ADH premium customer care and provide better training.

So I have been patient for yet another week, a repair that was only due to take a period of two weeks has now entered week four. I call Samsung ADH Menlyn situated inside of Menlyn Mall and they advise me the phone is in store and ready for collection. I then have to ask my manager to let me go and collect my phone, as the phone that I had previously borrowed could not be kept by me any longer.
Making me miss a deadline!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I head over to Samsung and receive that ****iest service ever, waiting in a long line. How can only one consultant be assisting so many customers???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
When I finally get to sit down with a consultant, I give my details and low and freaking behold my phone is still not at the store for collection. Consultant didn’t even know left from right and this indicates that staff are just there because they have a freaking job FFS.
Samsung I have not yet been contacted regarding the first complaint, now I am probably loading this complaint in vain but will do so every Monday going forward so that people know how bad the service is from your company. So much for even looking at getting the new S8!!!!!!!!!!!!! Because your service is from the very pits of hell......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So after going to Samsung’s repair centre in Menlyn twice and paying for parking twice my phone is still *****ed. Told them to check why my signal was not operating and it was even on the checklist even after I stressed to the consultant that this is actually, why I am bringing the phone in.I then have to follow a technician all the way to the grove, this is so out of my way but I need my phone. SO they then take the phone to have it booked in again(at this point I am so highly irritated with Samsung that I even gave up fighting) Then they offer me a loan unit and guess what it’s the ****tiest phone can get, but what can I do because the borrowed phone I had needed to be returned.I cannot take any calls, so I might as well have taken my broken phone with me…Samsung you guys clearly think this is a freaking joke and our will now take my plight to social media for all to see…

SAMSUNG IS BEYOND USELESS, NO ONE CAN ATTEND TO MY CALLS THE WAY I NEED THEM ATTENDED TO…I EVEN CALLED THE STORE DIRECTLY TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND THE CONSULTANT TELLS ME NO, HE IS THE MANAGER(IM NOT STUPID GUYS) I HAVE A BROKEN PHONE STILL AND YOU TELLING ME YOU GOING TO CALL ME BACK WHAT A DAMN JOKE. CALL THE NATIONAL CALL CENTRE AND GUESS WHAT………………….MORE SHUNTING ME AROUND FROM ONE DEPARTMENT TO ANOTHER. GUYS I HAVE GROWN TIRED AND THIS NOW IS OFFICIALLY THE WORST SERVICE EVER FROM A SO CALLED WORLD LEADING BRAND THAT’S ARE ACTING LIKE TWATS.
SO WHERE TO FROM HERE??????IM MISSING BUSINESS CALLS AND THIS PHONE YOU LOANED ME WILL ONLY LOAD STUFF AFTER A FEW MINUTES SO FUCK THE SPEED OF THINGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THE FUNNIEST THING I HEARD TODAY WAS, MY COMPLAINT WAS APPARENTLY LOGGED AT THE SAMSUNG HEAD OFFICE AND RESOLVED….WHAT A JOKE….YOU MUST HAVE RESOLVED GOLFING APPOINTMENT.

So it is now the end of week 4 and I still do not have my phone, this repair was only supposed to have taken 2 weeks. My phone call to The Grove was not a pleasant one; I spoke to an idiot by the name of Acklas (apparent head technician) who has the nerve to tell me they have not caused me any trouble and that I had better fetch my phone. I was told when my phone is repaired it would be delivered to me, I even gave the idiot Acklas my address and he said its fine. I was called on Wednesday by Samsung head office to deal with the complaint, a consultant by the name of Shaun assisted and said he would get back to me ASAP well guess what I am still waiting for a call. I even checked out Samsung’s rating on customer service and they not exactly up there and rank very low and I hope this makes the rating worse because I am not the first person who is getting such 3rd world service. I advised Samsung I needed my phone by today as require it for my business and they obviously could not give two hoots about what I am saying. This has now reached a level where I will complain everywhere till this matter is resolved!!!!!!!!!!
