Terrible customer service trying to exchange a monitor
I have been on the phone with Samsung daily over the past three weeks trying to arrange for someone to collect a monitor I ordered that needs to be exchanged. Absolutely appalling customer service. Every day I am told that the matter is being 'escalated' and that someone would call me back before the close of business. I have never received a call back from Samsung. I have experienced better service with Home Affairs.

SCAM-SUNG
Took out the Samsung Note 20 Ultra contract from Telkom with the Samsung promotion. With that you get a Samsung TV for free, Claimed from Samsung Members App; Claim approved; you send your TV Licence to Samsung. I did all that - as the TV licence is in my Father`s name ( the law states that it is acceptable) I called several times and was told that they don't know why I did not receive my television yet and that all was approved and that it only needs to be delivered. When I emailed them to find out what was happening and they told me as the tv licence was not on my name I will not receive the TV. According to the broadcasting act that was published in the Government gazette : Broadcasting Act,No 4 of 1999, as amended, I am exempt from a tv license because my direct family member has one and we are dependent on each other so our household has a valid license.The Consumer Protection Act clearly states, "Suppliers may not mislead consumers." The Act also bars suppliers from making false claims about a product. So Samsung are you a serious company or a scam….. I have bought a television for our living room a year ago with telkom and I did receive that Samsung television with the same license and documents… so Samsung what's wrong this time...Incompetence on delivering a promotional product???? What excuse will be next…. a television license for every television set bought from you????

Poor after sales service
Good day, My tv's screen went black while in warantee, I contacted Samsung and they gave me a Exchange transaction number about six week ago. From then I phoned Samsang costumer care twise a week hanging on my phone for about 25min a time,every time I speack to someone at costumer care, thy tell me that they will contact me in 48 Hours, no one ever came back to me to solve the problem.
I am paying my DSTV for almost two months now, with out a tv to watch it.!!!!!!!!

STILL WAITING FOR MY 32 INCH TV AND ITS ALMOST 3 MONTHS
I had a upgrade with Vodafone in December we upgraded on the 5th December 2020. All documentation was sent on the 7th and then again on the 8th as there was a problem with samsung members. I called back to confirm if the documents have been received and they had confirmed all docs received and I was given a reference no. They advised that it will take 6 to 8 weeks. I followed up again after this to advise that I did not get any confirmation that my TV will be dispatched no one could help me in the call center all they said is they will get the department to contact me back. I called and spoke to about 10 different consultants in January and sent several email. Just to be told that I need to resend the docs. No one got back to me even after sending the docs. To date I have spoke to 20 different people. Dimakatso Goomba. And her manager Tazlyn and Sinwo, Salman, Promise, Setanta this is just a few names. Vodacom is also not able to assist me. This is extremely frustrating. We are paying for the TV which is part of the vodacom contract. Shirley said that she will get back to me tomorrow so will wait and see what lies or excuses they come up with next. Samsung service sucks

Bad customer service from Samsung South Africa.
Samsung South Africa just refused to sell microwave parts to me as a customer to fix my Samsung Microwave. Utterly disgusting and extremely poor customer service. I have two Samsung microwaves, I will sell them both nou and rather buy Defy form which I always get excellent customer service.

Samsung LED Curve 50"
I purchased this product in Jan 2018. Was mounted on a wall using the appropriate brackets. i recently noticed that there was a crack along the left top corner of the frame. Upon closer inspection I noticed that all corners have had the same structural failure. Samsung is adamant that warranty is over and would not have covered this anyway. I find this so disappointing since this is a premium product and has failed in such a way. Surely Samsung can back this product up a little more or afford me an opportunity to discuss possibly alternative to repairing it? I was quoted a massive Callout Fee for someone to assess and quote but I do not feel that I should pay as this is clearly a DEFECTIVE product

Impress with my old microwave
Bought a microwave in 2007 use it everyday not once had a problem with it want to upgrade but cant at the moment most of my appliance in my house is samsung proud to be a sumsung lover

Samsung and there contracrors
I have a double door fridge and am trying to get through to the right people with the problem i have with samsungs contractors they are using to do repairs . I have loaded a repair to my double door fridge at samsung them selfs and have got the POOREST service from samsung my fridge is standing and packed out for over a week and still the same , yesterday the contractor was supose to do repairs but again i am still waiting i even phoed samsung and verified that the contractor is still coming and still waiting today for a reply from samsung and from the contractor . Who does samsung do there subcontracting to and still hold there name up high when people are struggling to get things repaired which they have even paid for and just left in the dark . I am very dissapointed in samsungs service and the people they are contracting with . Ihave had it with samsung and there equpment which i have plenty of which will force me in the long run to rather sell and invest in another make were i can get the service needed . How long must i leave all my stuff out the fridge while it's tempritures just going higher and lower at times olso freezes up water despencer this can't carry on like this now i must go another week end with the same problems i have for the last week and a half . Samsung i have lost my faith in your product and hope i never have to have another problem with any of my other samsung product's i have and need to deel ever with any of samsungs contractors that use samsungs name .
