We also had the worst experience with Translux. We sat waiting for the bus in Worcetser and after it being three hours late and numerous phone calls we were informed that the bus had left cape town which would make it 4 hours plus late. When we called again to confirm that the bus had indeed left we were informed that it actually left later. So we had to sit outside the Worcester station from 07:30 till after 12:00. There was no apology, no explanation and no sympathy. The call center takes ages to answer and the operators sound disinterested and disengaged. I must say this was disappointing as one feels violated and abused. I would obviously tell everybody I can to avoid using Translux at all cost.!!
