Review of SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS (PTY) LTD - HEAD OFFICE

Hello I bought a new samsung phone in november in the samsung shop in lephalale. i couldn not use it because there was a problem with the software. so i bring it back to the samsung shop and they send it to the technichen.after 3 weeks my phone was gone and i am still waiting for it. so this is not the samsung i know ,i am using more than 8 years samsung phones i never had something like that. so pls can someone help me to get my phone back or my money.
