Review of MTN Service Provider - Liberty Midlands Mall

To whom it may concern,

I am very disappointed in the MTN service at Midlands Mall. I applied for a contract and unfortunately did not qualify for the phone I wanted. A request was sent to increase my limit which was also unsuccessful. I eventually applied for a contract within my price range (MTN allowed me a minimum amount and said that they would phone me as soon as the phone arrives as it was out of stock).

I was not upset because I didn't get the phone I wanted, but I am upset because the staff are rude and unhelpful.

For the past 4/5 days I've had to travel plus minus 140km's. They have phoned me twice and said that I must come in to collect my phone. Every time I go there, there seems to be some problem: requests are sent without my knowledge, the phone is out of stock, I don't qualify.

It would be helpful to get the useful information before they tell you to collect your phone. I personally feel they lack communication skills, professionalism, work ethic and effectiveness.

I have tried to apply via VODACOM, however, it shows on the system that I have applied somewhere else already and thus don't qualify.

This is the 5th day and I am still waiting.
