Been trying to get hold of you!
I have been trying to get hold of your store for almost 2 months now, none of of your phones ever ring? I send my faulty phone in at Kokstad MTN as it was faulty Samsung S20. They informed me that it was a factory fault and that i would be given a new phone. As I took the contract through your store they said only you could provide me with the new phone. I have all the reference numbers but will not share online. Please contact me as this has been going on for to long now.

Briefly not a problem this is the WORST service or lack there of that I have ever experinced can't get to speak to anyone Would give -10 if I could Now I am told my review is too short

Cell Phone repairs - contract
I had a contract with MTN and my Sony Z3 Compact, the WiFi stopped working. I sent the cell phone in for repairs and 2 months later I got the phone back (repaired according to the person at the MTN liberty Mall). When I got home, I tried charging my phone and the phone is completely dead. Everything was in working condition before I sent the phone in except for the WiFi. I tried several times to call them at the Liberty Mall, but was unable to get through.

I am really annoyed and feel they should improve on their services.

To whom it may concern,

I am very disappointed in the MTN service at Midlands Mall. I applied for a contract and unfortunately did not qualify for the phone I wanted. A request was sent to increase my limit which was also unsuccessful. I eventually applied for a contract within my price range (MTN allowed me a minimum amount and said that they would phone me as soon as the phone arrives as it was out of stock).

I was not upset because I didn't get the phone I wanted, but I am upset because the staff are rude and unhelpful.

For the past 4/5 days I've had to travel plus minus 140km's. They have phoned me twice and said that I must come in to collect my phone. Every time I go there, there seems to be some problem: requests are sent without my knowledge, the phone is out of stock, I don't qualify.

It would be helpful to get the useful information before they tell you to collect your phone. I personally feel they lack communication skills, professionalism, work ethic and effectiveness.

I have tried to apply via VODACOM, however, it shows on the system that I have applied somewhere else already and thus don't qualify.

This is the 5th day and I am still waiting.

MTN OVERALL HAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, THEY ARE UNPLEASANT TO DEAL WITH BUT ARE VERY QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. I AM HORRIBLY DISAPPOINTED AND I WISH I HAD NEVER TAKEN A CONTRACT WITH THEM.

nobody answers the phone!! very poor service. seeing as i have to choose a star i give you one, but my actual choice is zero.
