Review CTM Klerksdorp Tops

I bought tiles at CTM Klerksdorp in February 2022. Service and staff very competent and friendly. A month later, March 2022, the tiler had a problem as the batch of tile were not the same. Went to the store and met the manager Kgabo. Explained my dilemma, the next day he came to the site with Tiaan CTM employee whom knew the area were I live. Kgabo inspected the issue, and made a decision there and then. He also gave the tiler some great tiling tips. The different batch of tile were replaced the same day with cement and grouting. Well done Kgabo, CTM can be very proud of you representing the brand!!! You've got a customer for life!! Will definitely recommend CTM Klerksdorp for all building and renovation supplies.
