Review complain

yesterday I bought chicken licken at rustenbugy mall and I end up regretting, my wings was not well cooked the was blood inside so I return the food, 1st the manager didn't apologies Abt the food he just take it and change it when I come back for my food they put drink on my food by mistake, when I was busy eating that manager came to me telling me I have to pay for drink I refuse because he didn't solve my problem in a right way, after a minute the lady that put the drink on my food come to me crying telling me the manager blame her for the drink n she have to pay for it,, I was angry because if the manager helped me from the start that poor lady she wouldnt has done the mistake I was disappointed the way he treated the poor lady by trying to put blame on her is wrong and painfull, this thing of managers that use their power to treat the staff bad it must come to the end.
