Review No customer service from customer service helpline

I am totally disgusted with the poor service from Old Mutual customer care. There is no customer care as all attempts to contact them falls on deaf ears. They simply ignore you flat. They don't re-act to emails and they don't phone you back, even as their complaints desk says someone will contact you soon. Hopeless, hopeless hopeless to get hold of anybody and they don't seem to worry
