Shocking sercive from Partserve Channel Support
We bought an Epson Printer, our slip states 3 years warranty - one week after we had it for one year, it stopped working.
The printer is used occasionally and has not even had an ink top up since it was purchased. We took it to Partserve Channel Support and were told it was out of warranty???They quoted me R2264.94 which is R600 less than a brand new printer - what could be so wrong that it would cost that much on a new hardly used printer???
I have been trying to talk to someone from the company for 3 days now, the relevant person Donovan is always on the phone and despite promises to get him to call me back, this never happens. I have tried to get details of management and was told by reception that they do not have their details or contact numbers.
This is shocking service and totally unacceptable - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REPAIRS!!

Bad customer service
I bought shoes at the ilanga Mall nelspruit for my kids on the 30th of January 2023, unfortunately they didn't have a the size I was looking for I then went to the riverside mall 0n the 31st of January the correct size, I went to the floor and ask for assistance and the gentleman annoyedly replied me saying there's no size with out even checking what I looking for, I then went back and changed for another type of shoes, at the cash desk there was a cash change I was supposed to get, they refused to pay me back forcing me to take airtime instead or else I should call at home or go back home and get the debit card used in order to get my change, I tried talking to them but I was loughed at and the supervisor just turned his back and left the cash desk. I had to call back to the house to get the picture of the debit card just for R11 change. What a hussle
In this tough economy you don't frustrate a loyal customer. Very much sad.

We applied for a Personal loan with immediate credit available as we need to pay a deposit for hospital for my 3 year old child for an operation. They approved the application and requested we pay and amount for the loan to be approved, accepted and paid out. Up to date we paid them amounts of up to R8 000.00 and thety are requesting another payment for pin release etc. As i explained that we don't have more money to pay this is why we applied for a loan in the first place, they say sorry. I paid them a refundable amount of R2 999.00 and rewuestef thst they use that and just get me my funds available so I can pay for the hospital to book my childs operation. They ignore me. Please can some one help us. We have almost lost everything, we need funds.

Poor service
I'm insured by IWYZE for my car and home contents.In April I was affected by floods, my shoes and bags were damaged in the wardrobe. The asseser confirmed the damage,but up to this day they are failing to tell me if they are going pay or not. I still have those damaged items in plastic bags as I was told to do so by the asseser.

Superbalist
Bought shoe at superbalist had to exchange and the right size never delivered I had to wear them
On an occasion ended up buying other shoes , they delivered (claim) on an adress in Benoni and I have CT on my profile where they picked up , ffwd I requested them
For refund until today no refund from the 22 April, All I Get is same excuse on email after denials never again crooks

Disappointing CENTRAFFIN contract
I signed up with Centraffin over 3 years ago when I ran a medical practice in the Western Cape. My practice closed due to unforeseen circumstances and I relocated to a Pretoria. I tried to cancel the monthly debit order with centraffin for over a year unsuccessfully and now have opened a new practice in Gauteng. Centraffin provides phone sets for national telecoms I believe and I am unable to contact anyone who can help me utilize what I am paying for.I tried to return the phone sets to them . Every month over a thousand rand is debited from my account for no service and have been told that the contract is a contract and that I would need to pay a huge amount of money to cancel . Surely this cannot go on.

Soweto readymix for slabs
Hi I would like to raise an awareness incase other customers fall in the same scam as me.I got a qoute and paid for ready mix 22 cubes to be delivered to my house from Soweto Readymix a company next to Big sky Protea Glen now they are sending me from pillar to post different excuses service,truck is broken waiting for the mechanics, don't have cement for the mixer,pump not working today and apparently I just found out I'm not the first person to be scammed by this company pls be careful out there, hope it helps someone, thanks.

The Cheek in bad Service #Home-Connect Frogfoot Fiber
So i have been a happy customer al along since last week.

Problem started with technical issues in the Gauteng region. If that was solved i have no idea so frustrated on Friday i tried my best to get technical assistance regarding my router not connected to Home-Connect network. No feedback received in any form so last night 22:00 i still did not have any connection as the router has no network ... i decided to reverse my monthly payment... Monday my problem is still not solved and now accounts dep is telling me the router is not working due to non payment my service is suspended yet i received an sms stating to make a payment within 3 days of notice or else the service will be suspended. Ridiculous they want the money but have no service to render. Definitely not worth 4.1 star rating. Payment reversed due to no service.
