Horrendous sales experience so far.
I requested fiber installation for our complex on 2 June 2021 when Thando Jikijela contacted me to get the information for the complex.

The survey was completed on 17 June by a screamer survey team who did not know what they were supposed to be surveying for as they received no information from the head office regarding the survey and could not get hold of them throughout that day. This had me concerned.

Since the only useful information I received was a quote that I accepted immediately and a promise at the start of July that I would be contacted withing three weeks.

After 48 back and forth emails and many struggles contacting Thando I have received no information regarding the installation, no updates regarding the process and no details regarding the installation process.

I find it hard to believe that it takes more than 2 months to get the installation completed.
