Screamer Telecoms Internet Service Provider - Centurion

No after sale service. Out of the 6 months with Sreamer I am suppose to have a 200mbps and last 3 months I get only 7 to 20mbps. Phoned loged support nothing, I am literaly being ignored. Every month I get invoiced though, then have to spend time getting the invoice reduced as they cannot and have not provided the service. Extreamly bad for my business having such poor wifi.
Cann not recomend them, sorry.

I requested fiber installation for our complex on 2 June 2021 when Thando Jikijela contacted me to get the information for the complex.

The survey was completed on 17 June by a screamer survey team who did not know what they were supposed to be surveying for as they received no information from the head office regarding the survey and could not get hold of them throughout that day. This had me concerned.

Since the only useful information I received was a quote that I accepted immediately and a promise at the start of July that I would be contacted withing three weeks.

After 48 back and forth emails and many struggles contacting Thando I have received no information regarding the installation, no updates regarding the process and no details regarding the installation process.

I find it hard to believe that it takes more than 2 months to get the installation completed.

Internet service went down,and when you call tech support they just acknowledge what you have told them, that Internet is down and cant help. I am canceling if there is no service by morning. They want their money in full but cant provide the service or at least discount the time their service is down. I left Rain coz of poor service now this

Absolutely brilliant service always and their internet speeds are great. I have been working from home and have not had any issues at all. I will definitely recommend Screamer Telecoms to anyone.

If you are a heavy user or a streamer, I would HIGHLY recommend these guys!
Their connection with is great with no line throttling and their pricing is great.
During all the load shedding, we hardly have any problems
Their lines are stable and reliable!
We can stream our 3 tvs and play our games without any hassles of buffering.

I have a contract with Screamer Telecoms for 11 months and I can attest that I'm very happy with the service I receive. They have a friendly team of agents always willing to assist and answer any questions or concerns I have. I have recommended them to friends and family, and they all seem to be very happy as well. Nice guys to deal with when you have any issues, they attend to it promptly. Excellent service and highly recommended. You wont look back.

Firstly, the quality of service I have received from the Screamer team (from sales to installation and support) has been nothing but outstanding. I have an 8mbps connection with Screamer. 3 smart TV's 2 tv boxes, 3 cell phones and 3 laptops all running on my 8 mbps connection albeit not all running at the same time it is sometimes very close and I do not have any issues with connectivity or speed. I mean you expect to have some latency issues when connecting all the devices, but I really cannot complain. I totally disagree with these bad reviews as I can honestly say I have never experienced the type of service they say they have received. I have read a lot of service providers reviews before I signed up and Screamer seems to be the one with the most positive reviews in general.... I mean I have contact on the odd occasion on a Sunday and they have responded immediately. Big thanks for the excellent service Screamer team.

While it is disappointing to read the few bad reviews, they are by far the best internet provider I have used.
Don't just take my word for it - they have been been awarded the ISP Best Brand awards for a reason. There are no hidden soft caps or fair usage policies (line throttling) and they provide the speed you're paying for. Keep it up guys. I am happy

After reading numerous reviews on various sites, I decided to go with Screamer as they seemed to be the one with the least unhappy clients. I don’t regret my decision for one minute. My entire dealing with Screamer has been a most pleasurable experience, their customer service is excellent, very friendly, and knowledgeable staff. The experience dealing with them makes you feel like an appreciated client. I will recommend Screamer to anyone, looking for excellent reliable and affordable internet.

Had no problems since yesterdays 11 February 2021 teck was working on tower now their response is x-box is causing all the problems i have a 20 mbps line and cannot even watch a movie so was looking for Gavin HEART'S no but no one can give it to me so im paying over R1000 a mont for nothing
