Poor after sales service
Good day, My tv's screen went black while in warantee, I contacted Samsung and they gave me a Exchange transaction number about six week ago. From then I phoned Samsang costumer care twise a week hanging on my phone for about 25min a time,every time I speack to someone at costumer care, thy tell me that they will contact me in 48 Hours, no one ever came back to me to solve the problem.
I am paying my DSTV for almost two months now, with out a tv to watch it.!!!!!!!!

This is very poor service for a company like this.!!!!!!
