Since 1993, FforMan has established itself as a management consultancy focusing on both the human resource and the effective management of employment relations in the workplace.

We have been instrumental in the development and implementation of many Human Resource Management and Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality related policies, procedures & training initiatives. In addition, we guide employers through their Legal, Personnel Management and Labour Law obligations. With 26 years experience we are familiar with the problems and therefore the needs that companies have today.
