Reviews of Windsor East Clinic - Randburg

We've been waiting for more than 2hrs to be attended cos apparently all nurses were on lunch.even outside to be registered is a mission Yoh...imagine all nurses on lunch like really it doesn't make since.

Yesterday on the 6-11-2018 was my date for family planning. I went straight after work to the clinic at 14:30 I arrived there and I waited in the queue for my file. At 3 the cleaning lady told us not to move to the front because she wants to clean. The clerk guy said ya she can clean because he is going out anyway. So we sat there the floor dried up. The guy came back at around 3 took his bottle of water went out again and came back and started registering the people again. At 15:15 a student nurse came and told us that we MUST not come to the clinic at this time we must come in the morning. When we tries to talk to her she just left us then at 15:30 a make nurse came and told us that we MUST leave because they are going home they will only attend to emergencies only, the rest of us must go home. I asked what time does the clinic close he said at for but that is irrelevant because they are leaving now and that's that so we left the clinic unattended. So I am back again today (7-11-18) u have been sitting here since 14:15 but still I have no file in my hand but the clerk lady said she is leaving to go to lunch. So we are sitting here unattended.

i have a complaint to lodge in so you can help us,
on the 3rd of April 2014 5.00am i came with my son 8months who was very sick with tonsils..he wasnt eating and very pale. we waited outside till they opened, i was number 5 in the queque then I was number 38 reasons not being explained as sister LORAINE doesnt want to be questioned....we waited still no action was taken, my son was in pain and nurses could see it but they didnt help.
i then had to go to work, i left the clinic at 11.45 leaving my son in the hands of my husband who also left at 14.48 still the baby not attended to.
people who came after me all left, Baies file could not be found...how did that happen i dont know.

whilst i was at work i called the clinic spoke to sister Loraine and she said she was busy i must call again which i did and i spoke to Bongezi who then looked for the file and put my baby's nany on the queque.

They only attended to the baby at 15.25...thats means we waited for 8hrs 25mins for a small child to be attaended to plus 2hrs of standing in the que whilst they open.in total its 10hrs.25min

i find this very disturbing.
