Upgrading
I went to MTN in Mimosa Mall to do a upgrade on 2 numbers. The numbers is ******** and ********. Last week I spoke to Palese regarding the upgrade. She ordered 2 phones, from where I don't no. She told me to come back to the shop on last Friday. I went back last Friday just to find that the system is off line. Palesa said I must come back on Sunday, which I did just to find that Palesa is not working over the weekend. Palesa gave me her cell number which I called today on numerous occasions without success. She does not even call me back. I also did sent her a SMS just to update me on what is happening. Up to now still no reaction. Is this the way MTN is treating their customers. If so I will publish it on news 24. My contact number is ********. Can someone please call me.

Please help
I came in on Saterday 23 May 2020 then they told me to come back on Sunday and bring banking statements with my id document ,when i got there on Sunday they took my banking statements and made a copy of my id document, then they asked me to port my phone number , i then came back Monday morning which i did . Then it began , i sat there form 9:45 the morning till 15;30 with no results. I went there today after 12 because Chantel told me my phone would be ready by then , I left at 15;45 this afternoon still no phone. Chantel keeps telling me that it’s a new system and they haven’t showen them how it works yet . When I asked her if i could have a word with the manager she said the manager is on leaf till Friday and there is nothing that the manager can do about the system. I am very disappointed and would really like to speak with the manager . I live almost 40km out of town and can’t keep driving up and down every day , can you please contact me .

I'm having the same issues in Harrismith with Kgotso. I ordered the wrong phone Thursday 1 July then tried calling but their phone line doesnt work. I couldn't go in so I asked my girlfriend to go in and explain I want a different phone. After waiting a week and a half he said they dont stock the phone anymore even though it's a note 10 plus. Basically lied to mans forced me to take the S20+ and when I got home I was so disappointed I changed my mind at took it back saying I didnt want it. I called MTN vereniging and they said they could order it and it will be there the next day. Pathetic service I will be complaining to head office.
