This is the second complaint in the second week of using your company’s transport the same driver. It was on the 31.08.15 at 06:50am B2 departing from town centre Mitchell’s plain to Tygervally centre via strand street Bellville in front of Sanlam head office building at 07:50am

That was the stop I had to get off, I indicated to the driver that this is my stop. Just to indicate to u that I'm 7 months pregnant and disabled. I got up from my seat to get out, the bus was slowing down and stopped for a slit second and as I was about to put my foot out of the bus, the bus started to move and I fell out of the bus and the driver new I was getting out I then fell into the street and lucky for me I landed on my side and not on my stomach and thank God not under the wheel of the bus. My foot was stucked between the extra step and first actual step of the bus.

I sustained a swollen ankle and bruised hip and was unable to walk. A fellow passenger was kind enough to pick me up from the street and to take me to my place of work whereas the driver just drove on. The driver's action could have had serious consequences for myself and my unborn child.

This is not the first time that I have had a bad experience with this particular driver. I have asked him previously. When he stops the bus at my stop if he could please pull the bus a little nearer to the pavement making it easier for me to disembark but he refused and was very impolite.
I hope that this email will receive your urgent attention I also don’t want him to lose his job but to at least be a people’s person and not have an attitude towards his fellow passenger’s, the injuries have also cost me quite a penny and did not plan for this.

Trust that you will take this matter up with driver and just to bring under your attention the company I work for are busy taking it further as security saw whole happening.

Hi I'm very disappointed and frustrated at the service of Golden Arrow bus service. It's been now several months that this foolishness of golden arrow has been going on, it's nearly impossible to get any assistance from golden arrow. Im not sure which is worse golden arrows incompetence to deliver or just it's bad drivers whom seems to be illiterate and carefree of they actions to the call Centre operators who makes empty promises saying they will send out someone to "so called" solve the problem we as commutes are experiencing... now the problem we as Delft paying customers are facing is, that we've been trying so hard to get someone out here to see what we are actually dealing with in the mornings on our way to work. We have to deal with an overloaded bus with very unhappy people whom are so fed up with golden arrows service that they are about to physically taking it out on other customers that's taking the very same transportation for years now to Epping industria and we as paying individuals should not deal with such disrespectful manners such ugly words thrown back and forward so early in the mornings due to golden arrows Insubordination... despicable behavior, now what the driver is doing about this only heaven knows, cause talking to him is a mission on its own cause his always wearing all these weird scarves and sunglasses even during the hot summer months his wearing a blanket over his legs. Never utter a word to nobody.. except being irritated at everybody and always switches off the bus every morning when the bus gets so overloaded that the people are fighting to get in cause the other Delft via Epping busses refuses to stop at the bus Stops and this is causing a calamitous delay not at work only but in our personal lives making it a discontented journey . ... now I know golden arrow is one of the richest transportation companies nationally and so basically won't make a dent in they wallet but as a respectful citizen and humble tax payer of South Africa I do think I'm entitled to be acknowledged so I'm not telling but asking for some sort of validation plz. Golden arrow, what on this planet earth should we as very miserable golden arrow customers be doing with all this?
