Bed quality and poor service
I bought a bed in the shop the bed was okay in store when I saw it after it was delivered broken even the worst quality ever and called them the next day and till today they are making excuses, I hate it when people act like we were given things for free this shop has the worst service, everyday I am calling till this day no one has helped me, they keep giving me references yet no feedback.

Comfort of a seally bed which only lasted a year
Very much disappointed of the Quality of bed produced by this shop which I've trusted for years. I bought a bed(seally) last year august. In a space of a year the thick foam layer is finished and lready iam feeling the pain of the springs. This is very much unacceptable because we take our last monies and buying what we assume is quality from the one of well known best shop only to find out we being given cheap quality. I will never purchase anything from this store again

POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I bought Talia coffee table through Russels as per their online advertising but the color and style of the one that was delivered to me was completely different and for 3weeks now I've been trying to get them to come and get this ugly table but without any success. I'm left with no choice but to dump this thing at Russells

Poor service
I've bought 4piece lounge suite,the two seater sofa is sinks and making a funny noise I went to nearest store to log a complaint its now been over a year without getting any help, now the other 2seater started the same problem

Poor customer service
Since May 2021 my sound bar hasn’t been fixed. Poor customer service from the contact centre to the store, preferably I would like my money back and never ever have a relationship with you people #******** . Can I get a response as soon as possible. I’m livid at the poor service for something that been paid for in full.

Kenzo 3 piece couches
I bought 3 piece Kenzo couches at vereeniging branch last year December I only use them for month and they started sagging I reported them I think it was April month and they did send the driver to collect them for repair after few weeks the brought them back and after two weeks they have been worse than before.i reported the matter again they said they will come to collect till today.the driver came two times with the wrong paperwork.i don't need those couches anymore that is bad quality and I pay lot of money each month.i need new different product please.i have those couches for few months but they are old already.

I bought a bed from Bradlows with 6 legs which is what was displayed at their store. As I know that beds with 4 legs are too high for me. Only for them to deliver 4 legs ???? which is too high for my height and bedroom suite. Now that I’m complaining about it. I’m told they can’t help. I’m really disappointed ☹️.

Worst delivery timeframe
The customer service in store it’s very good but the delivery dates from warehouse keep on changing until you get frustrated as a customer. I bought a bed on the 30th of June and today is the 22nd of July still no delivery from Bradlows. I am beyond disappointed. This will be my last purchase at this store.

I have open a account with Bradlows in Oct 2020 over a period of 24 months.

I settled the account in 6 months

On the end of Mei bradlows never deducted the last (Final) installment and I made a eft on the 14 of may (Please see attached proof)

On the 2 June 2021 to find out that my Credit Bureau's shows that im in arears I did contact Bradlows (Customer Resolution Center) via email and was told that they will update the consumer’s/your credit record and may take between 1 to 20.

Now to find out that my Credit Bureau's shows I in arear for 2 months (please see attached proof of credit report)

I even ask the name of the person helping me but they don't send it and ask several time for a settlement letter and its ignore.
I do have all the emails as proof what was received and send
I have been sending them email but no response from them. even call them but no help at all

Firstly im deeply dissapointed by your disgusting service,i bought these suite last year at Evaton branch (2020-09-10)infact the whole of goods i bought cash for 40k and week later i realised there's unusual noise on the couch but it took you the whole of 9months to come pick it up, and your guys promised me it takes up to 2weeks for repairs or response and now its 3weeks no word nothing as per usual

What kind of circus is this really?
