Paid up letter
My was handed over to Lawyers but I did settle it on the 12th of November. Bradlows is failing to send me a paid up letter. I have been requesting this letter for more than 2 weeks without any success.

I am highly disappointed
Bought sofa a few years back and they were scratched, filed for exchange and we were ignored for the entire year so afer 3 months we stopped paying. They came with display sofas to exchange and we refused them more months passed then finally after almost 2 years they exchanged them (seeing that we refused to pay for crap and wanted them to take them back, infact we didn't want to continue any more and they begged us to bare with them and that they will fix everything including the payment arrangements and defaults and so we made new payment arrangements,whereby we would only pay for the interest for certain unumber of months then commence back to the original installment) now we've started paying the installment of R1500 and have done so now for over 6 months and are suddenly handed over to the collectors as the store kept the interest piling without our knowledge as we are not even getting a statement sent; even though they knew what we have been complaining about and knew about the arrangentments and are forcing us to pay interest of over R15 000 now. I am really disappointed at how they treat humans.

Worst Mistake buying from bradlows
I paid 12k for a headboard and delivery in full on the 28th Sept at the Capital center branch in Pmb after numerous hiccups and a display of outrageous unacceptable customer service I finally received damaged stock! which I refused to accept, the next day the sales floor demo was delivered with minor scratchs and a slight damage to a side pedestal but overall in a better condition than the first delivery however I am now waiting for the sales person to come over to my house to drill holes In my headboard and side pedestals as they apparently don't align. Imagine buying a headboard for R12 000 and having it laying on the floor and waiting for the sales person who is awaiting a drill as he learnt it to someone else and will be available on Monday or Tuesday!!!!! Outrageous terrible and unprofessional is now clearly I see nothing will be done by anyone at bradlows as this is the norm but I write the review with the hopes of saving someone else the misfortune and sheer disappointment of shopping at bradlows ..

Scratched base
We bought this on the 24/09/2021 at jane furse bradlows when we arrive at home we open it and it has scratches all sides of the base then the following day we lay a report they promised to change it but now they say they can't change it because we used our own transport maybe we scratched it

Very disappointed customer
am a very disappointed customer with the service of bradlows in Philippi junction

I bought Montreaux coffee table product ******** with R4999.00 on 08/01/2020
After two months i reported it in store that the stones on the table are loose and i even send the pictures to them , the repair was approved i went in store on the 05 /04 /2021 for the collect of exchange unfortunately the table was also damage and the store manager promise to call me back ever since then no call no communication

I email bradlows several times the told me they log a new repair ref number O-********-4817 eversince then now onw responds to my emails...

I want my money back Bradlows or give me the furniture that i want
I am waiting for my order to be canceled, for me to choose iterms that I want its been two weeks now it has not been canceled. I contacted customer care two times and I was told that they are escalating my matter. Branch manager and regional manager of bradlows Germiston they are aware and still nothing is happening.
What should I do for me to get my money back or iterms that i want?

Bradlows Germiston you welcome me to your shop now you are failing to attend to my matter. I dont owe bradlows give my iterms or my R******** back please.

I Purchased headboard.
Dear To whom it Concerns I Purchased headboard at bradlows at Durban West Street it is fully Paid I have not Yet received..I'm so unhappy with the Customer Service from bradlows I regret Purchasing from the Store.i will appreciate if I'm refunded.

Horrible service, horrible furniture
Bradlows has the worst service, calls are not answered, emails are not attended to, the furniture is of poor quality. Couches started cracking just within a year and I reported the matter they did absolutely nothing about it. I am trying to settle the account, no one is assisting. Horrible service!!

Not a happy costumer
I'm so happy with the furnisher that I bought at bradlows furnishers,Im so angry with the phone call that I'm getting everyday claiming is from bradlows, telling me about courtesy call.I feel I'm being harrased as they will be calling the whole day everyday. As much as I love bradlows furnisher I feel I will never recommend it to anyone, as I believe no one deserve to be harrased.

Complain about sofas i bought cash in August 2019
