Bradlows Secunda. I bought a lounge suite cash from this store. Confirmation received from sales person on the Friday. He confirmed that the suite will be delivered on the Monday. Saturday the sales person called me from the store asking why I did not answer my phone as the delivery company wanted to confirm delivery for Monday. I replied that no one contacted me at all? Same sales person confirmed that the delivery will take place on the Monday. I contacted Bradlows Secunda on Monday wanting to know what time I can expect the suite, upon which I received a reply that because they could not get hold of me on the Saturday, that I will only receive my furniture the next day??? I asked to speak to the manager where I asked my funds back to take my business elsewhere, the reply? It will only take twice as long??? Very unprofessional. Tuesday I called same sales person back to enquire when the delivery personnel will be contacting me before delivery, Now I am told that they do NOT call?? and if someone will be at my home to accept delivery?? I am a working professional who is not at home during the day, and cannot understand that a delivery company will not contact the buyer when delivery is made? and all the while the customer is waiting? I am very dissatisfied but in the words of the manager at Secunda Bradlows, I suppose my hands are also tied???? this will definitely be the last time I do business with your company for sure. Hellopeter as well as Facebook will also get a review from me about this poor customer service.

I don't even want to give any stars. I bought a dining room suite it took 3 months to fetch to repair it. Eventually it was picked up in March 2016 we are now in June 2016 and I still do not have a table! The service at your Bradlows Store is poor poor poor! Both my accounts are paid up in two months. I bought thousands before these two accounts and it was paid and settled in time! The staff at the branch has been unfriendly to both myself and my parents on several occasions. Thames promise to phone us back but never do and only seems to assist my mom when she shows up at the store. Funny when it comes to paying you never complain but no service. Hello Peter rate your satisfied customer at 6% What a disgrace!

I am from Polokwane _ Limpopo Province have always been doing my furnisher shopping in your store, have great experience and good customer service. October 2015 I moved to Kroonstad (Free State Province) and because of the distance I decided to buy my bed here (Kroonstad).A few weeks later I realised that something was not right with the bed but I was not sure and I said to my self let me just give some time maybe is me missing home.

January when I came back from my festive holidays I experienced the same problem and that was when I decided to go back to the store and report the problem. I got there lodged my complain, produced my cash receipt and the manager told me that he will attend to it, same day I signed some documents confirming that I am not satisfied with my bed and that he will process the complain. Few days later I went back to the shop to check on the process and when I get the hold me that he has not processed the complain yet but he is on it and he again told me that I will receive an sms with the reference number. I waited a few days and did not receive the sms , so i went back to the store to do a fellow up and when i got there i am now told that is not their problem, the problem is with their supplier(Edblo)and i asked if maybe they can take the bed back and i add some money and get another bed with a different brand and they told me no. Honestly i don't understand why i should not be assisted and is not me who has contract with the supplier. I made the purchase at Bradlows not at Edblo and when i made that purchase i was not told anything about the supplier, Bradlows must just ackowldge that the bed is not in good condition and solve the matter.

I did not request for a refund because i took the matter as not a big deal, and based on the experience i have with Bradlows i just told my self that they will resolve this. I have4 not heart anything from the store since my last visit, i cant not afford to go there anymore because is petrol and again i am not getting any result. Bradlows has failed me big time at times i wish i was in Polokwane and buy there.

What shocking service. I paid cash for a bed on Saturday, delivery promised Tue 2 Feb, still waiting for delivery after confirmation given on address and delivery. Try phoning their "customer care" line, good luck, just rings, voice prompts.............. how they are still in business, heavens only knows. SHOCKING SERVICE WOULD NOT RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!

My dad took a lounge suit with you guys in Jan it was for 36 months but he paid it off within 12 months he wanted a dining room table with you guys but he was told to go to sassa for a statement and a confirmation letter that he does get grant!!I mean he has been a good payer why does he have to go through all that drama again?for the fact that he paid those soffas exceptionally well it goes to show that he is a good customer so now the drama you giving us is just bad!!this is not a way to treat a good paying customer.why must one to such drama if the person is a good paying customer. And he has an account with you why must he go ask for letters again?

Hi my name is Thabo iam from Polokwane, but iam currently in Gauteng, I would like to thank BRADLOWS for their care,and they've treated me like their only customer when I buy my fridge in kempton park,they were very professional, I salute the Service of BRADLOWS KEMPTON PARK,i also like to know that is it possible for me to buy a furniture in BRADLOWS KEMPTON PARK, then go fetch it at my home in limpopo at my NEAREST BRADLOWS?

What terrible terrible service, I have never ever experienced this in my life i asked people around and no has heard of what i am about to say its 4 days now contract signed and approved and im still waiting for the bed that needs to be delivered to my house I have been given a round around. Last week We purchased a bed in bradlows west street kempton park bed was supposed to be delivered on monday but bed was not delivered. on tuesday no one phoned us to make arrangements of delivery but we took initiative made a call and we were told bed will be delivered some time during the day, this is the classic part midday we receive a "callback" we ignored because my airtime is for my personal use not a public phone to call anything and anybody, so after an hour or another "callback" then we phone and surprisingly its the BRADLOWS delivery guys they at our door step to deliver the bed, so with cheek the guys says he there to deliver bed but since we not there his leaving he will back later,at about 16:30 went to BRADLOWS west street Kempton Park they said the bed will be delivered today Thursday because on Wednesday no one will be at the house. Today is thursday im still chasing after BRADLOWS delivery for a bed.8:00am we phoned they said bed will be delivered, I phoned the branch again spoke to a Thabiso guy who told me that we must come in to sign papers, so from monday bed was being delivered today story changed we must come sign one last paper with a Doreen lady who is not in the office today. We have been in that Bradlows kempton branch 3 times for the bloody bed to be delivered today is a different story. Even try to say I wil organise transport for myself but they told me of rules that first time client they have to deliver themselves. Excuse me this is pathetic, I have wasted time money and energy over this and not even one person can actually call and explain to me what the hell is happening. I dont have the bed, cancel that bloody contract and bother me and you better not still debit my account otherwise hell will break lose. I have signed th bloody contract have it in my hand but there is no service or delivery. CANCEL that contract now. Im so glad im not your customer i wonder what happens when one is in, when such things happen at an early stage.

So today 13:08 25/07/13 I phone branch ask to speak to the branch manager Delia, ask her if she can cancel the she says yes she ask finance upstairs to cancel it mean while we were told that Doreen fiancé lady isn’t there today , what distracts most is that the so called manager Delia didn’t even want to know why a new customers wants to cancel a contract what a customer retention. I hope not all branches do this because not so long Bradlows will go out of business, because of their poor disgusting service.

Good morning

I have been waiting for a week for Bradlows Richards bay to give me my phone that has been here for
weeks my deposit has been paid and yet there is always an excuse why I'm not getting it, this to me is really poor service I would not send anyone to them if this is the service I am receiving from them,

I purchased lounge suite on 15 June 2011. The suite had faults so I decided to contact Bradlows in Pretorius Street(Pretoria) to return them to be fixed. They came back without being fixed, instead worse, so took them back again and remained with no couches for about 3 month. After that the manager(Ashley) said he will bring us new suite from the warehouse, instead he brought us display couches and he said that I agreed to take those couches, which is a lie, on top of that the suites that we have right now are not the same colour
