Worst phone purchase l ever made
I bought a Nokia 6.1 in East London in South Africa. After using it for six months. It started having speaker problems. I took it back to CNA where l bought it. They told to go to D&D in Vincent as the authorised technicians to fix it since the phone was and is still on warranty. Today l took my phone back after six weeks of nothing being done. The technician indicated that the phone needs a new motherboard and speaker. So he sent a request to Nokia. For the past month they have been waiting for those parts to arrive and until today they haven't. Nokia keeps saying it will arrive on such a day and it doesn't. I don't know why they don't replace the phone if they don't have the parts or even better stop selling it in South Africa. I have been given the number for the Nokia call center in SA it's never answered hence no-one is accountable to customers like us. This shows Nokia's direct and blatant disregard for its customers. I honestly wouldn't wish for anyone to experience such, so l would safely say do not buy Nokia products in South Africa if you have other options.

WORST PHONE EVER
I have upgraded my contract to the Nokia 5 and its absolutely pathetic. Biggest mistake i made!!! There's no features on the phone whats so ever and the camera is the worst thing ever! I pay so much for this contract but is absolutely shit! Tried calling the Nokia call center but there's no way to get through. The service of this phone is pathetic, even if someone offered me the phone for free i wont accept it neither will i recommend it to anyone.

Nokia out of Stock???
I have been waiting 2 weeks for a Nokia 5. I am told there is no stock. This sounded strange so i tried call the Nokia helpline. I found 5 numbers on the web - including this one - but NONE of them worked. Very shabby

I am very disappointed with the service I've received last week. My phone had trouble charging the last month or so. I finally took my phone in to Nokia in Hatfield. They phoned me back the same day saying I had to pay R790 to have it fixed. I asked why I had to pay for it and why it can't be fixed under waranthy. They said I broke the USB point. To me it seems that Nokia doesn't pay much attention toe consumer rigths. Making accusations like that can be very bad for business. I said that they should continue with the repair but that I was not satisfied with their explanation of why the waranthy doesn't cover this. Why should I pay for wear and tear on the phone. The guy I spoke to said he would take it up with his manager and phone me back. He never did. This was Monday. They phoned me back on Thursday and said that I can come and collect my phone. I again asked why I had to pay for it he still couldn't give me a good explanation. He said he would show me the broken part when I come in and collect my phone. They wiped my hole phone which I do not understand as this had nothing to do with the content of the phone. When you fix the screen do you also wipe the hole phone? He said that the waranthy covers software and mechanical problems. This to me qualifies as a mechanical problem. I asked for the broken part, he went to ask for it and came back saying that they do not keep broken parts. This is very convenient. It was the same guy I spoke to on the phone just a couple of hours earlier. He then said that he never said that he would show me the broken part. Again no consumer rights. I ended up paying the money but this is unacceptable. The last three months I advised three other people to take a Nokia Lumia when they upgrade. They did so on my recommendation and then this is the service you give your loyal consumers. If you claim that I do not use the charger the right way then it is your responsibility to show me how to use it. According to me there is no trip to charging the phone. I have never forced the charger in and I have never had this problem.
