I am so hurt and disappointed by one of the drivers I got this morning. Catched a taxi at Protea Glen ext 27 on the main road, just after saw my brother who was supposed to fetch me passing by. I asked the driver so nicely that I want to get off and had R10 on my hand to give him even though I wasn't in the taxi for even two minutes. You know that guy responded so badly to me, telling me that I will get off where he wants because it's his petrol. I got pissed because I was willing to pay him for that 1 minute I was in a taxi. He started telling me that he will get off the taxi and beat me up. I started fighting back because that guy just didn't talk to me in a proper manner. So disappointed ????

Protea Glen route is just to big and sts is just a,Small fish. I think it's time that we people of Protea Glen x16 to x29, we stand up and really try to get riyavaya coming to us. I waiting 1 hour plus for a taxi.

I am so pissed of about how taxi driver treated me in front of my child

Number one he was drinking Heineken in front of us where we waiting for the taxi to be full this is today 05 October 2019 time 7:20pm

He did not hear a guy who was going to ext13 cell c and this guy said second left and he did not hear him so as thinking I am helping I said second left and he just became so rude ukuthi ngidliwa hini mina, I must shut up and then his girlfriend intervined swearing at me saying I am a Sfebe sakuku that smells and mina ngidelela indoda yakhe.

I am deeply hurt and I want this guy to be punished and I want to be there e ofisini when he is punished

wanted to share my story that occurred on 03.08.2019. a dark incompletion and talk taxi driver with registration DX09DRGR or DX90DRGP Between the two as we where taking down the details he drove off . a white quantum was travelling from bara to protea . the guy loaded a guy that was going to protea glen ext whereas myself, mom and two kids where going to protea north by grace church. upon explaining to him , he got rude and shouted at my mom . when I intervened , the guy stopped the car and told us to get off because his no longer going that route,as we went off and exchanging insult, he came after us while I was carrying my child and clapped me. I was livid I clapped him back and we struggled for a short while till the other passenger intervened ,I am trying to get this guy reported , trace his employer and open a case against him because he really needs to be punished for what he did .if anyone can direct me on how to go about please advice as ive been calling around and not getting joy..

I took a taxi to joburg at shell garage ext 11 date 20.07.2019 time 6:05 am reg RSB504GP just before we reached waltoo there was a funny sound and we as passengers requested him to turn back and put us in another taxi but he refused and proceeded ,this taxi was not road worthy at all: only park lights were working and petrol smell was smelling inside the taxi,the driver was very rude and ignorant when we asked him to speak to the owner and fix the car,he spoke with no respect to us all as we politely requested him to not ever risk ppls lives and go to joburg ,in took us 1 hour to get to town with no traffic as its a sat.

I hope that this will be attended to as STS values are being dented by these incidents

I took a taxi to town today (DZ 97 ZW GP) THE driver has so much attitude, wen we ask for bree and ñoort he told us to get off at president street and wait for taxis that are going towards the direction of bree, instead of him looking for a taxi for us like other drivers. And we told him that they are going to make us pay if they don't see the driver that sent us.

The other thing he played music so loud that when one passenger asked for south hgate he ddnt hear anything the he almost passed the off ramp, wen we tell him that someone asked for south gate he started shouting.

The guy has so much attitude,he doesn't know how to talk with ppl.

Afterall we had been waiting for a while to get a taxi at shell garage ext 11 protea glen then we find this guy ai nooo shem. Sad part is I couldn't take a picture mara i got the number plate

I took a taxi at Maponya mall by the robot then there was a fight between the drivers we were asked to get off the taxi and get to a taxi that was binding there I asked when will it go the que Marshall said sisi stop asking many questions get in or walk and get the taxi by egen garage then I walked to the garage on my there was a taxi full of drivers accompanying me making sure that I don't get a taxi the person who was driving was Martin and another guy who they call Skortie.I feel that the drivers should have asked what happened not just to support the Marshall.. I truly don't see myself using a taxi even if my life depends on it...

good day, ,I would like report an assault ,,one of your drivers from Bar a to Glen ridge hit with a fist on my face when I asked him to get off the taxi on the short left before we reach the carwash ,,eventually he stops 5km from where I said I need to get of after I have told him 4 times I need to get off ,,,eventually when I got off I saw him running after me ,,when I stopped he hit me ,,,I took down his number plate BN13DT GP the incident happend at 18:08 on the 21/05/2018,,,the driver is short ,light in complexion and he is venda,,,I found out from the other taxi drivers that this is not the first time he has done this ,he even threatened to kill me if I report him ,,,please deal with him before he kills someone ,,right now I have a headache because he punched on the face.

I took a taxi today from bara to kliptown. Firstly we were already in a taxi a driver's friend asked us to get off from the taxi,and we all got off and the driver started laughing and told us to go in again. So i asked the driver what is happening cause we are females and its dark why are they playing hide and seek and its dangerous outside. The driver told me i mustn't and be bossy to them cause they are doing a favour and i must keep my mouth shut. So i let it. In pimville an elderly lady asked if the taxi could go in pimville im not sure what zone is that.. He drove past we the lady and she asked if the drive could go in he refused and said she never said anything and he asked a guy in front if he heard and he said no but us at the back he heard and i even said she did asked. He was swearing at me and even promise to beat me. I kept quiet. Please do something about this i will not tolerate any to people to me in that manner just because im the woman and he is a man. His registration number is JFZ 536. Do something before i take this matter somewhere.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS BARA TAXI DRIVERS TO PINEHAVEN AND RUMSIG SO RUDE,I HAD AN ANCIDENT TODAY DRIVER SAID WE SHOULD GO OUT IF A TAXI TO CHANGE TO ANOTHER ONE I NEARLY KNOCKED BY CARS AND THE TAXI LEFT WE HAD TO GO BACK NO APOLOGY OR ANYTHING I TOLD HIM WE ARE GOING TO WORK HE SAID HE DIDNT CARE AND I SAID NXA BY MISTAKE HE SAID I MUST GET OFF HES TAXI AND I REQUESTED FOR MY MONEY AND HE GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK
