Review bad service RSB504GP

I took a taxi to joburg at shell garage ext 11 date 20.07.2019 time 6:05 am reg RSB504GP just before we reached waltoo there was a funny sound and we as passengers requested him to turn back and put us in another taxi but he refused and proceeded ,this taxi was not road worthy at all: only park lights were working and petrol smell was smelling inside the taxi,the driver was very rude and ignorant when we asked him to speak to the owner and fix the car,he spoke with no respect to us all as we politely requested him to not ever risk ppls lives and go to joburg ,in took us 1 hour to get to town with no traffic as its a sat.

I hope that this will be attended to as STS values are being dented by these incidents
