Good work sts but you need better advisors to prevent violence but you well well guys keep it up.
Am worried about some cars at Dhlamini Supa store opposite Thokoza park,these cars are not even bolt or Uber but they ferry us at higher prices I believe they work with sts but the prices are exobirtend and 50% of the drivers are even foreigners who are not documented and other cars are having Limpopo registrations but pirating in Gauteng.our safety first.

My worry is ,if this area is not addressed the problem will start again and cause violence as this place is closer to the sts and Nanduwe binding spots.thank you.

I took a taxi from Chiawelo to Bara and the taxi driver didn't want to give me my change after I gave him R100 he claimed that I gave him R50
The taxi driver waited for me to get to get to my destination before giving me my change after he claims that you gave him less money at that time all the people that was with us in the taxi had already got off it was me and my daughter only

I am so worried and concern about how the taxi drivers are treating passengers, yesterday the 28 July 2021, I took a taxi from Bree going home round about 4h30pm, there was a lot of smoke in the taxi and the driver was drunk and high at the same time, we keep telling him that the smoke is killing us, he was just arrogant and rude, and we never reach home and he still didn't care. the number plate is NBZ 973 GP,

I wish someone can educate the drivers to love their jobs, i am also working with people but I know how to treat them, please assist.

Took a taxi to town from Sakies, we weee changed to another taxi reg number JL 53 GR GP at Booysen. The driver asked if anyone was going to Fordsburg and i said Newtown and he replied in a rude tone to say” I asked about Fordsburg not Newtown and he continued to drive to Sauer and ignore my request for via Newtown. We are passengers and work with customers at our workplace, this is totally unacceptable. I do not appreciate the way he spoke to me and ignoring my via Newtown request.

I'm confused by your organizations pricing what is the price from kliptown to maponya?some drivers charge R12,others R11 the price I know is R10.Your drivers are suppose to be fair and honest and don't forget they carry your organization logo and business.In fact it woul be better to make pricing available to passengers.One is constantly fighting with drivers about pricing what I've noticed a taxi will turn around if he is short of a R2 but when I pay the R10 and we argue about pricing the taxi does'nt stop or throw me out.

Can someone assist me with the sts taxi association, I was just assaulted by a driver reg Hz26xm gp, I'd like to speak to the association or the owner of the taxi.

This morning the taxi lost control and bumped into a wall, instead of the driver making sure that we are not hurt he just starts up the taxi and dropped us in Sandton, No ambulance was called for assistance. I am disappointed in your services.

i was stabbed on the 24/09/2020 around 8PM (Taxi to Protea Glen) by the taxi driver at bara because i was complaining to other passenger on why they were not wearing any mask. Plate number JD 15 T driver who stabbed is Mandla Mthethwa

I boarded a taxi at Koma Road to Bara. As soon as I entered the taxi and gave the driver the money and passed through other customers money, I asked the driver for a Sanitizer, seeing that I had forgotten mine at home; 'He just looked at me as if I'm stupid, I asked him again for the second time around, and he never bothered to answer me nor look at me, he just shook his head. He was very rude, cause other customers spoke to him, telling him where they were getting off; he responded immediately. Corona is real and it kills. So if you are going to have drivers who are this rude, negligent and get pissed off when someone asks for something that will save peoples' lives, that simply means STA/STS Doesn't Care about the health of their passengers. The registration plate number for this taxi is HD 21 MC GP. It belongs to MR Dlamini. I sincerely hope that this issue will be dealt with accordingly. I Thank You!!
