Great customer service and exchange process
Once again I had a great visit at the Clearwater Mall ShoeCity branch. The ladies there were very attentive to all customers coming in. Love that the store always has a great atmosphere everytime I shop there. Literally with the little that I spend, the ladies made me feel important as well. Thanks to Nhlanhla the store manager who was of great help on the floor assisted by Khanyi and closing sale on POS was assisted wonderfully as well by Lerato. Impressive team spirit.

Firstly teach your stuff the policy of the company cause the manager called semone plays me for a fool .

It’s not even 30days after I purchased my shoes on the 26th of January I came on the 5th of Feb to return them in good condition the manager refused not knowing why she tells me about size fitting . The shoe it gave me bubbles it’s too tight I asked for an exchange or return they refused .

Team at Cresta they lazy and they don’t give attention to customer the manager even eats ko floor . So rude and disgusting I’m disappointed

BAD SERVICE

Date of attendance - 24 Jan '23 - Time: Btw 15:45 - 16:00
Only 2 staff members worked that afternoon

Arrived at store at the above date and time. The employee with the name Sannh was standing around. I asked her for asssitance with regards to a return.
And she was rude and abrupt. She told me that because her colleague Thembile was busy assisting another customer I have to wait for assistance. After asking her to please help me with the return she replied with a racist comment " If a black person can stand in line and wait so can a white person" This was uncalled for. She had no manners and customer etiquette. I asked her for her name because I want to report her to the Manager of the store - she refused to give me her name - she had no name tag on. Her colleague Thembile had her name tag on. That afternoon only 2 of the staff members was present.

I called the Store Manager - Palesa - cell no: 068 233 1976 and left a msg for him to return my call. He still didn't.

This type of service from your employee Sannh is uncalled for and she is not fit to work in this service industry!

I bought a pair of sandals in November by January they were damaged they are not even 6 months when i go to lifestyle center i am told that the shoes are from long ago and they are invalid how can they sell something they claim is invalid my money down the drain because of a greedy person sad part is money doesn't grow on trees

Shitty service i received from your shop ( Windhoek maerua) after buying 7pairs, none of the return rules and regulations were explained to me because all they worry about is making money..i ordered 2x size 6 instead of 3xand upon return they told me that there is nothing they can do because the 30 day period passed (was not even informed about it) and nothing on the slip also talks about the 30day rule... I hatr nonsense especially when people pay for stuff and end up being treated like shit. Had to buy another 7pairs but luckily i came across your fucked up service.

Op Sondag 4 Desember 2016 koop ek 7 pare skoene by Hillfox tak asook 3 pare kouse , waarop die verkoops persoon bevestig die kouse pas van nommer 4 tot 11. Op Sondag 11 Desember wil ek 1 paar van die kouse aantrek maar tot my onsteltenis pas hulle glad nie aan my nommer 10 voete nie. Ongelukkig het ek nie die strokie gehou nie, maar nogtans neem ek genoemde aankope terug na Clearwater tak, en watter teleurstellende ondervinding beleef ek , 'n dame met die naam Ingrid behandel my uiters afsydig met die aanmerking as jy nie n strokie het kan ek jou nie help nie, waarop sy haar rug op my draai. Ek vererg my gruwelik vir haar houding en lyftaal en sê sy kan maar die 3 paar kouse vir haar hou en 'n pensionaris beroof van R69.95 as dit haar gelukkig sal maak waarop ek uit die winkel stap. Dit gaan nie oor die bedrag geld nie maar die werknemer se aaklige houding teenoor kliënte. Vriendelike groete, Attie Theron tel: ********.

I am lodging a complaint against Shoe City Table View.
I purchased a pair of gold sandals on 10 October for my wedding in November.
I was not sure of the sandals as it seemed a bit small but very pretty, and the sales lady mentioned that if I am not sure I may return them. I decided to return them on Saturday and was assisted by the same sales person who had to get authorisation from the manager.
He refused to accept my sandals and insisted that I had worn them. I explained to him that I never wore them and you can see it has not being worn. They were still the same and he refused and took a pair of the shelf comparing them. I said there is no difference but no he would not accept them. I screamed at him telling him that I would report him. I feel he was being racist as I am a white woman and he black. Why this battle? I will never purchase from this store this was the first and very last time. I was so upset and disappointed in your service. Eventually he refunded me after mentioned that I would report him.

To whom it may concern...
I woul like to formally lodge a complaint about your Sanlam Store, last week Monday 23 November 2015, my fiance bought 2 pairs of shoes...for our wedding which is in January at the Sanlam in Parow store with the intention of returning the one pairvafyer she had done her dress fitting which happen. When she tried doing so today she realised that she had miss places or lost her invoice but the one pair she wanted was still in the original packaging. She tried explaining this to a sales person, the manager of the store and an additional manager when she realised that she wasn't getting anything right she left rather upset about it...
Please let me know if there's anything that can be done about this scenario, as if would greatly appreciate it.
