Worst service ever
DStv has been so pathetic for years and I just had enough the wil go out of business and that day il get a gram of coke and 2 hooker's and have a party for sure cheer's you useless cunts

Bad pathetic service with incompetent staff
I am experiencing a serious challenge, and the length of time it takes to resolved is the matter is unreasonable.

I am frustrated as my DSTV Internet router has not been working since December 2021 and your IT Department failed me in resolution of the issue which related to address then.

January 2022, the whole month they could not assist me even after 24 calls i made in an attempt to resolve the issue.

Yesterday i called again in an attempt to have the issue resolved, 4 Consultants i talked, who kept me on wait for a period average 1hour could get the issue resolved and they all 4 promised to call back but none.

The worse part of this is that i am paying for services i am not receiving and i am continously spending on airtime while the status quo remains.

Only today i was told that the is a amount over due which i am disputing. Below is the facts on account....and having to wait again for 24 hours will not resolve my issue as your IT Department refers to as cause of none service. The respond i received is that they could only attend to the matter when the issue of the overdue amount is resolve.

I am frustrated as i took out the DSTV Internet to serve a need for my school child who is due to travel tomorrow back to school in Tsomo.

Should the issue of none connectivity of the router not be resolved immediately, i would be in a big predicament as the router will not be in my presence for further troubleshooting and thus will render the DSTV Internet service not necessary anymore and will be left with no choice but to terminate all my services, report the matter to the relevant ambudsman.

Here is what prospered in term of the paymnet:-

1. My services were disconnected 18th December 2021, for non payment.
2. On 15th January 2022 i made an instant EFT payment of R968.00 this was after i realized the debit order was effected. (Bank statement herein attached for easy reference)

3. 21 January 2022 my services were disconnected owing to none payment as the debit order returned unpaid on 18th January. NB: the payment was already made as in point no. 2.

4. The amount appears as debit the credit on the same date thus causing this whole mess.

I humbly request that you treat my matter as a priority and urgently. The bad service and inconvenience i have already experience is unbearable.

Bring back my money
Dstv does not want to refund me my money. I have being asked to send my documents to them for the past 3 months and nothing has being done. But since I have read most complains, I now realize how they operate, ombudsman can be the solution to any of this problems..

OVERCHARGED ON ACCOUNT
I have been paying an amount of R1109.00 p/month whereas I sighned an " Black Friday deal" in 2019 for R799.00
I have queried this with Multichoice various times , ...no answers... yet they still debit my account every month...

Bad, pathetic service
I got my decoder on the 24th and installation was done on 25th. I was told I'm gonna pay R600 pm and here I am dstv debited R1648 when I ask why they tell me it was a mistake. Okay, I asked for a refund then...which I was told it will reflect in my bank within 2 days. But no, it still not in my account. Today morning my services are suspended and calling multi choice no one bother to tell me what is really going on, on top of that I received an sms saying I owe R1888. How? When I still haven't received my money that you overcharged me??? I need this sorted out urgently or cancel everything. This is a daylight robbery

Poor service
Call centres dont work, they double debit my account this month. I want my account cancelled. I can not be paying for movies that play over and over again for months. nothing new cartoons are poor. No need this service that just feels they can take your money and don't provide the service that you are paying for.

Useless
Try to contact DSTV after my father pass away to manage his account. You just reach computerize menus with no help and options what so ever. Never in my life saw accompany that so useless and unreachable.

bad service to say the least
where I normally would pay +-970 my account this month stated that I owe 1181.00. it turns out they billed me twice and they also billed me for movies that I rented that they advertised as FREE. I spoke to three consultants and the problem has not been resolved.

DSTV overcharges and does not follow instructions
This is not the first time or second where i have called to downgrade and they do not execute the request but just continue to over charge you. very disappointed with dstv.

U right,I pay 29 every month,I never skip to pay.this month I found overdue payment.am confused with this amount 1076.we support them but now they scams us.
