Bad, pathetic service
I got my decoder on the 24th and installation was done on 25th. I was told I'm gonna pay R600 pm and here I am dstv debited R1648 when I ask why they tell me it was a mistake. Okay, I asked for a refund then...which I was told it will reflect in my bank within 2 days. But no, it still not in my account. Today morning my services are suspended and calling multi choice no one bother to tell me what is really going on, on top of that I received an sms saying I owe R1888. How? When I still haven't received my money that you overcharged me??? I need this sorted out urgently or cancel everything. This is a daylight robbery
