I bought a new TV end of October 2020 at the OK Furniture in Stellenbosch the TV just stopped playing in January I went to the branch in January got real bad service from manager and staff a week went by he claims he gave me a new TV in January in July my TV broke again I went into the branch again still haven't received any feedback when I call the branch the manager has a attitude telling me it could take up to a month for Hisense to repair my TV I bough the TV cash in October and it keeps on giving the same problem I am still waiting on them to give me feedback with regards to my TV its a new TV or at least so they claim I am very unhappy with this horrible service aim trying to call their head office they drop the phone still haven't received any feedback its almost two weeks nobody told me when I bought the TV this is their process according to manager he must wait on Hisense and there is nothing he can do. I am trying to call their offices nobody answers.
