INCOMPETENT AND DISGUSTING SERVICE
I placed an online order for groceries due to the fact that we were all flat in bed with the flu, but have bare cupboards, so really needed this groceries. Firstly they attempted to deliver to the wrong address and then took my order back to the store. Then the same happened today with the driver telling me that he doesnt have my complete order and customer care telling me that they attempted to deliver but it was again the wrong address, despite sorting it out with the call centre. So who islying? the driver or the call center?

Secondly, my order was minus a few items. So i aid R1149.00 for my order and they attempted to deliver an order for R779. I would have to wait 10days or more for the difference. The R1149 was all the money I had for groceries. So now, not only do i not have groceries, I am out pf pocket too. If I want my total refund, then I must wait an additional 10 days or more.

This is disgusting Makro. You are making an already bad financial situation even more difficult for me. How do I explain to my kids why there is no food in the house? I do not have the extra cash to go and buy odds and ends until you sort your house out. I am fuming right now. I have already reported you to the ombudsman and should this not be resolved by Friday, I am going to Carte Blanche with this.

TOTALLY DISGUSTED AND ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS. I HOPE YOUR KIDS HAVE A GOOD MEAL TONIGHT!!!!
