Bad service
I have been battling for 4 months with Metropolitan's Anton van Heerden to get an answer and sollution to my problem. Still no joy.

PUBLIC USER
Clients should approach the Ombudsman for insurance complaints. I had to fight against insurance companies who use technicalities to avoid payment of legitimate claims.I managed to successfully force them to pay my clients after threatening them with legal action
