Review of PG Glass Fitment Centre - Centurion

Terrible service, I arrived to replace a smash and grab window as per the appointment which was confirmed with an sms. I work in JHB and after putting in a days leave and organizing transport I arrived at the scheduled time just to be told that they don't have the replacement window. Then today I received an sms stating that I need to bring the car in at 1pm. No prior warning no phone call and obviously I cant make the appointment. I have made 5 calls to the branch with nobody answering, I even phoned the national call centre and explained my situation and asked if they could transfer me which they did, however NO answer!

Does this mean I need to drive from JHB to Centurion branch to make another appointment?

My wife arranged to take the car in after I told her that I was unable to do so. She then arranged to leave work at 12h00 in JHB to make the 1pm appointment.

At 11h50 PG Glass phoned her and said that they DO NOT have the replacement window!! This is becoming a circus and the window still is not replaced.
