Review of Telkom Mobile Canal Walk

Pathetic service received from Canal Walk Telkom store. I did an application for a cellphone and i was advised my application routed to H/O for a review and it has been a week with no response. I went to the store to enquire and i was advised they are still waiting for H/O's response. No1 bothers to call and all their contact numbers listed on the website are not working.

And i am still waiting for feedback, a call or email and NOTHING.I've tried all the avenues with no success.
