Good morning. I have a new Dell laptop. DN63F32. This laptop is now for the fourth time in for repair. Each time they only put in a new motherboard. Now they say my laptop is out of warranty. I must pay R********. Tell me how can I pay this for a laptop that will broke again over 5 months. So you don't give warranty on a new motherboard that was installed only on 31/03/2016. If Dell gave me a new laptop in the beginning it would have saved us all money. Each time our business loses working time when laptop is in for repair. The consultant just say I must have taken a extended warrenty! If this is how you deal with you clients I must find another company. I have an old HP that runs with the same powersupply everyday and had never have any problems or repairs done on him. Can you look at my case please. I am realy upset and can't believe that this is the way to deal with my problem. Express service nr ********. JD Horn Boerdery BK
