Review of THE DELIVERY SURGEON

We are a reputable business based in Australia. Our CEO was in the process of applying for a business account through Candice and was told that the application cannot be approved unless completed in person, and when in Cape Town. As strange as it seemed, being in the 21st century, we agreed and our CEO was planning on making a trip to Cape Town to register with the Courier Surgeon.

After contacting the Courier surgeon today, i'll sadly admit that I now agree with all the negative reports about Courier Surgeon. During the conversation today I was I was hung up on twice, told that the reception is fading ont he third call, heard someone swearing to me in the background and then told that the courier surgeon is not allowed to do business with our company, which was advised by their manager, Ielhaam Boeley. Ielhaam and I are not on speaking terms (personal issue) but is this not against their company policy to hold personal grievances while in a business environment. If this did occur in Australia, the company would have been taken to the national ombudsmen but being in South Africa, I understand that there is nothing else that can be done about this.

As far as we aware you are a one man business "Platinum Deals". The reason you cannot open an account with us is due to unreliable credit checks. Alternatively we offered a cash on basis service but you never gave any initiative to actually do any business with us. Please take note that we are a well established call centre and if you were hung up on twice we do apologise. Regarding the swearing I am sure this is not the case as we have voice recording and swearing is not one of the things we take lightly. In actual fact all our staff is well trained and the mannerism and service levels is always montered.
