Dr Hartley did a bit of a hack job on my husband as he couldn't even make an incision in a straight line. His wife also handles his accounting and she doesn't have a clue what she's doing. Trying to get an invoice or a statement out of her is asking to much. 6 months down the line and nothing. He also added charges to our account which our medical aid, Discovery, has indicated we do not need to pay as these amounts are in excess of the agreed upon amounts.

Dear Irene if Dr. Hartley did such bad job why didn't you have the guts to say that to him. And just perhaps try to work with your medical aid and try and get account detail from them it usually takes 6 to 8 weeks for discovery to come back to a practitioner. If you do not know how it works please don't criticize.
