Very poor service
I was contacted by DPEX aka Sharp Logistics in February about my parcel. It is now nearly two months later and still I have not received it. I keep on getting stories about customs being slow, it will be delivered this week etc, but no joy. This is a dress for my daughter's matric dance and I am now having to buy another dress at great expense. Just not good enough. Besides the fact that the telephone number hardly works. Now and again you can get through.
