Very poor service
I was contacted by DPEX aka Sharp Logistics in February about my parcel. It is now nearly two months later and still I have not received it. I keep on getting stories about customs being slow, it will be delivered this week etc, but no joy. This is a dress for my daughter's matric dance and I am now having to buy another dress at great expense. Just not good enough. Besides the fact that the telephone number hardly works. Now and again you can get through.

Parcel not being traced
I can not find my parcel. Noboddy is answering your phone. Please help. I need my parcel urgently!!! It was supposed to be delivered already not latet than 14-03-23. What more can I do to trace me parcel? Please assit me urgently!

Bad service
My parcels has been out for delivery since the 1st of November is now the 9th still hasn’t received any Debby you need to do a better job when you trying calling they don’t pick up actually they number does not go through bad bad business…….

Oversea Package

Terrible Service
Has anyone ever received their parcels from Dpex? Does anyone have the operating contact numbers or address? Can't get hold of them. I paid for delivery to my home address but now they are telling me that if I don't collect my parcels will be sent to an overseas warehouse. This very bad service or a scam.

No communication
Not answering phone, goes to voice mail. I have tried several times to contact DPeX by phone and the numbers that appear on their site, eighther they don't ring or go to voice-mail. I just want an update on my order from Lightinthebox

Fail to deliver, impossible to contact
I received a message from the supplier to say that their courier had tried but failed to deliver my parcel - and that I needed to contact DPEX directly in order to avoid incurring costs. Firstly, I've had no message from DPEX to notify me of any imminent delivery. Secondly, calling them on their listed number only gets an automated response that the number does not exist.

I see that numerous other reviews below report similar dismal experiences.

Shit service
Where are you located in Johannesburg??? I don't know why Aliexpress is using this dead woods so called company, order are not reaching out to their customers,contact number do not exit, how on earth will I get my parcel???

Poor service
My order has been in customs(jhb) since the previous month, they have no communication whatsoever in my opinion this is the worst courier company ever, they don’t respond to anything you do. I feel like they don’t care for their customers

BUSINESS USING DPEX
Hi There,

I have been doing shipments using Dpex for a few months. although our packages are small and maybe about 1 or 2 a month we get them within 2 days of reaching south afric. Covid pandemic has obviously had an impact on world trade and the flow of goods but i am pleased to use the company. Nothing has gone wrong yet and i am in contact with the service provider so they update me on any issues.
