I went Incredible connection Gateway with my colleague I think it was around March/April she wanted the router contract not even one sales consultant bothered to greet us while they weren’t doing anything until we called for someone to come help us and we ended up leaving the store without getting that contract.. Second time I went to the store some time last week for that 2 for 1 iPhone contract for vodacom only to be told that there sales person who’s in that contract department isn’t available and there’s no one to help . They don’t even know when they’re going to get someone else since the ones in training aren’t ready as yet. I called the store again towards the end of last week still same story and today also , the service is very very disappointing in such a big store at the Gateway mall. I hope something will be done about this because it’s very ridiculous and unacceptable.
