Faulty cell phone
purchased a cell phone at incredible connections canal walk and a few days after having the phone I noticed the settings option was not opening it kept kicking me out I then took the phone back and spoke to a nice technician who then checked the phone and said he would stop it for a other one which he did we then took the new one and on our way home opened it up and my husband then told me look this is a new phone but it has scratches on the bottom which I told him I hope we not going to have issues as we left the store already he then told me two days later that the second phone was also doing the same thing with the settings not opening we then went back again and the second technician told us the software needs an update which he reset the phone first to get the settings to work and then updated software which he told me the phone would work fine now then two days later same thing settings not working once again, we then went back and spoke to the sales guy who then called the Manager Riyaaz I explained to him what happened he did not take any note of me did not speak to me and just took the phone and went to the back after a while of waiting I told the sales guy to check what's taking to long as the manager Riyaaz did not say anything I am disgusted at his way of dealing with customers and his unprofessionalism attitude where he just walked away and told his staff his busy with another customer he wont be coming back out again this guys way of dealing with people is a disgrace to this company all we wanted was for the settings function to work but this guys was on about oh we must have dropped the phone what a waste of my time will never buy there again
