Inept/Incompetent Online Customer Service
If I could give them 0 stars I would gladly.
Wife ordered 6 chairs round about the 19th December 2021.
On the 23rd December 2021, we received an sms stating the chairs were delivered, even though me and my family were at home the whole day. My wife called in and was advised that the delivery will be made on the 24th as the truck was too full the make the delivery.
On the 24th at around 11am the chairs arrived and were damaged. We were advised to reject the delivery.
On the 29th December 2021 we called game and spoke to Masiphile Magona and we were advised that that he will confirm where the chairs are and process the refund. On the 4th Jan we are told they still need to confirm if the chairs were returned by the courier company. We held on for 40 min while the call center agent was making excuses why we can't speak to a supervisor or manager. Firstly, are we being penalized for poor service from Game and the courier company who is your choice of vendor? Secondly is Game in the business of blocking complaints instead of resolving them? We have only received feedback when calling in, the agents do not provide feedback to the clients.
