Inability to access mail account
Have always received great service from them, but for the past 4 weeks I have not been able to access my mail which contains vital documents. I have logged numerous support calls, with no response. .

I too cannot access my email account. Recovery email address are not mine which makes me wonder whether my account was hacked. Also, lack of contact details for this company is really frustrating, as their support contact does not seem to respond at all. I need access to my documents.

I am experiencing the same problem. I am locked out of my account from 23 October 2021. I have send numerous support enquiries without any positive results. I have urgent emails to attend to, can someone from webmail please attend to the problem

it has been 4 months now and i still cant access my webmail and inbox. Tried contacting support but i dont any respond from them. Has the company shut down or what? without informing us?
