Iv been without my webmail email for over 3 months now and iv sent so many emails and tried to call but am getting no response this is the worse provider I have ever come across I hope this gets sorted out as soon as possible as I need my emails

Have sent numerous messages to webmail concerning no access to my email without response from webail for three weeks, have they gone under and must I open a new email elsewhere. This is not the first time its happened.

Inability to access mail account
Have always received great service from them, but for the past 4 weeks I have not been able to access my mail which contains vital documents. I have logged numerous support calls, with no response. .

I too cannot access my email account. Recovery email address are not mine which makes me wonder whether my account was hacked. Also, lack of contact details for this company is really frustrating, as their support contact does not seem to respond at all. I need access to my documents.
