Review No communication whatsoever - disgusted customer

For more than a month we have been calling and emailing non stop with no communication regarding money to be payed back to us from Orchards Clinic. My grandmother, on the day she would have been admitted here, unfortunately never made it even though we paid to ensure she would have had a spot. It has been nearly a month since her passing and every single time we phone to speak to the lady in charge of the repayment another excuse is given to us. We are highly disappointed and will not recommend your services to anyone.
