Reviews of Orchards Clinic - Johannesburg

Visited the New Orchards Clinic 14/09/2021 and was treated with dignity and respect by all staff - from the Security at the door - to Trinity who opened my file - to Triage - to the next Security Guard who ensured I did not get lost - to the Nurse who took my vitals - to Sister Ayanda who treated me. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would like to mention that Sister May kept us informed if there were slight delays - it was so very good to see Sister May at the helm once again. For more than a month we have been calling and emailing non stop with no communication regarding money to be payed back to us from Orchards Clinic. My grandmother, on the day she would have been admitted here, unfortunately never made it even though we paid to ensure she would have had a spot. It has been nearly a month since her passing and every single time we phone to speak to the lady in charge of the repayment another excuse is given to us. We are highly disappointed and will not recommend your services to anyone.
