Complaint
I was at Avis Bethlehem the 24th December 2020 to collect a car, I ended up not taking the car because of the bad attitude of the staff member who was helping me, my account was debited R417 which I believed was a cancelation fee since I did not take the car, but I am being debited again within a week, Avis is taking advantage of having my account details, I need my money back please this is totally unacceptable, we give our banking details because we trust the company but now I feel that is being abused.
