Avis has debited my account a proforma money worth R5000,00 and again invoiced me R5213.63 with their erroneous escalation of extra 200 Kilometres and additional day that i never had. up to this day no money has been returned to me. my emails to customer care are no longer responded to ever since they realized their mistake. i demand my money back!!!
