Telefunken smart led 55’ tv

Hi

I have a Telefunken smart led 55’ tv. I tried to download dstvnow app but I get an error msg that says my device is not compatible .even when I try to open YouTube app that came already installed,I get same error

Have the same problem, now Netflix app is not opening anymore
