Telefunken SA is absolutely pathetic! The contact info on their website is invalid, If you make use of their contact us page, you just get ignored, no feedback/reply for more than a month!!!!
Shocking!!!!
So few retailers stock their products, and those who do, seems only to do so when they run specials/promotions.

It's very bad that telefunken does not supply adequate stock to Game Cresta as advertised on the leaflet only once you go into the store you are told stock is only available on contract and not on cash prices as advertised as we are told telefunken does not have adequate stock available very poor service i guess no telefunken tablets for Christmas this year will have to look at Samsung as it seems every one have stock

Hie i bought two 50 inch Telefunken Tvs i July 2019 then in March 2020 one of the tvs broke and i went back to Game stores Mall of Africa to return the tv and i was told that
they no longer take back the broken products they will lonch a complaint to the supplier and they will come to my house to collect the tv of which they did and
that was before lock down on the 21st of march 2020 untill today i have been fighting for my tv to be fixed and i paid R1500 for it to be fixed because they said
its not their factory fault of which i did understand ..When i try to follow up on my Tv only to find out that it was given to the sub contactor to fix it and i wasnt told about it .Only to find out that the guy who has my Tv is in Tembisa and he told me lies after lies and i want my tv and my money....please people dont ever ever buy this product these people are not trust worthy at all and i am very heart broken and its been over a year now and i feel robbed twice my money AND MY tV of which its not fair ..I PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR THOSE TVS R8000 is not a joke ...now those guys they dont answer my phones anymore ...Please Help me

I bought my tv at ok and after 2years it broked , they told me warranty is over i took it to someone to fix it he told me it is the control board is dead need to buy new one . This product is not goood at all .

Bought a Telefunken 10" tablet for my 4year old. Thought the screen would break but after a year the software crashed and apparently nobody in South Africa can update the software. And now my Telefunken TDW-120SA Dishwasher gives an error... now I can't find a user manual or assistance form anyone. Gave one star only because I have to give a star grading. Telefunken NEVER AGAIN!!!

Bought a 39 inch TV last year in July. It has no picture as of yesterday. Took it to game store where I bought it. The guys there inspected it and They say I broke it and it's not covered under warranty. So I should pay for repairs. WHAT HAPPENED TO 2 YEAR WARRANTY? WE CANNOT CONTINUE TO BUY SUCH BRANDS.

bought Telefunken tv from game on the 19th of December 2020 and it stopped displaying pictures on the 21st of January 2021.
the only respond I got was they going to fix, are you selling this worthless products so we can keep buying, what happened to selling quality.

I bought my telefunken 39 inch tv in July GameCanal walk last year.I took it today only to hear the reps telling me it has one year warantee....They never bothered to plug it in your see what was wrong.They said if they to send it to u guys you will charge me repair fees.How could it be possible when my slip is only one month due from the warantee date.i am so dissapointed I am never going to buy telefunken products ever again .At least you guys can be linient if the slip is only 1or 2mnths from the warantee date.Poor products how can a tv work for a period of a year only???

Can I link this via HDM1 cable to me laptop and use it as a Monitor?
