Review of Moderna Dry Cleaners

My Banana Republic suite was stained during dry cleaning. The woman called Jane was very rude to me when I requested that I leave it so they can atleast try and remove the stain. When I called the following day to speak to the owner and launch my complaint about the bad treatment, she informed me that she was the owner and she hung up on me.

I have not collected my suite as I travelled overseas soon after that and have only come back last week. I will send my husband as I am angry and will never set my foot in your shop. That suite costs me R 2500 and I am expected to say nothing. I am a paying customer and should be treated as such. As an owner of my own business I know that. Its not what you say to your customers but its how you say it.
