Ethics ..morals....TFG GROUP
28 of February 2020, I was on a shopping spree Parow Center, Donna Clair. I was approached by a sales person at Donna Clair *Tfg*Group* please consider open an account. (I do not own debt or accounts.) I was told how under pressure the staff is, I do not have to use account, just maintain opening account. Can only add to my good creditability. It us expected from each employee to open at least three new accounts daily. They are phoned every afternoon to check if goal target for day is achieved.

I was under the impression TFG structure holds total transparency at clients. Instead no system to support client courtesy. Since 28 Feb 2020, I even followed up physically to branch. Repeated sms service to submit the necessary. Repeatedly done so. Excuses to cover up error at their end. No client service.

I find it appalling to take such time from a person to support their Industry with no structure of respect at a client. Way to much of this going on in S.A. sadly to many just accept .

20 March 2020 still Nothing other than a repeat of sms service asking the same of which was repeatedly submitted.

I even proposed', removing me from their data base totally if they can not get it on offering service .

If this us all you get with TFG GROUP, I can understand the reviews I read here from other clients with endless account problems and non existing new accounts
